ATTENTION PARENTS AND STUDENTS:

Tuesday, August 3^rd  is Residency Verification Day and New Enrollment to the District.

8:30am – 3:30 pm (Central High School Office)

Residency Verification Process:

Enrollment Residency Form with two ORIGINAL utility bills (June, July or August) and updated lease/rental Agreement, Enrollment Information form and the 2010-2011 Home Language Survey.  If NEW to the District, the Residency Affidavit must be notarized along with original closing statement or lease agreement. All forms can be found below.

Seniors may pick up diplomas beginning June 11 in the West office.

All 2010-2011 returning students MUST download and turn in these forms before picking up their schedule.

Congratulations to Kim McCready for being awarded a $7,000 grant for the newspaper/journalism program from Oklahoma Scholastic Media.  The grant will fund computers and other equipment for the growing program.  Also, Mrs. McCready will attend the Newspaper Adviser’s Workshop at OU this summer for free. 

Dear Parents and Seniors:

• Graduation Photographs and DVD

A professional photographer will take pictures of the presentation of diplomas.  If you would like to receive a direct link to your graduate’s photographs, register via the Candid Color link on the DCHS website. 
The Senior DVD and Class of 2010 Graduation DVD may be pre-ordered at www.deercreekseniordvd.com or by mailing in the order form linked from the DCHS website.  Pre-orders received by Thursday, May 13 are offered at a discounted price.

We are doing the Registry a little different this year. WISH LIST's will be located on each teachers TeacherWeb page. On that page they will:  list items needed, how many needed, approximate price, and how this item will enhance their curriculum if possible. 

Also, if parents would like to donate money instead of buying the item(s), they need to make the check payable to DCHS Donation and put on the memo line:  Donation for Teacher's Name and turned into the central office. That check will then be put in the high school fund for the teachers needs.
